Online registration is now live!

Limited on-site registration will be available.  On-Site registration begins at 2:00 pm on July 25.  This year, in addition to registration by mail, we are also offering on-line registration.  
We encourage you to pay online using PayPal (coming soon).

To register for Marian Steffes summer school, please follow the instructions below: 

	If registering on-line:	If registering by mail:
1.	Register online!	Print off the registration form and fill it out.
2.	Once on-line registration is completed, you will need to complete the following additional forms, which are available to download in the files section below:  Waiver of liability forms (1 form for EACH person in attendance) Medical Release forms (1 form for EVERY minor child in attendance) Sponsorship Agreement (1 form for EVERY sponsored minor child in attendance); sponsored child = child who is attending camp with an adult OTHER than legal parent/guardian	Please print out and complete following additional forms, which are available to download in the files section below:  Waiver of liability forms (1 form for EACH person in attendance) Medical Release forms (1 form for EVERY minor child in attendance) Sponsorship Agreement (1 form for EVERY sponsored minor child in attendance) sponsored child = child who is attending camp with an adult OTHER than legal parent/guardian

When registering, please keep these additional instructions in mind: 

• In order to register for our summer school, you must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Parents or legal guardians are required to complete the registration process for children or youth under age 18.
• Please remember to attach the necessary forms.  
• EVERY person in attendance must have a completed Waiver of Liability form completed before he or she is allowed to attend summer school. 
• EVERY child in attendance must have a completed Medical Release form on file before they can attend summer school.  
• EVERY sponsored child must have a Sponsorship Agreement on file before they can attend summer school. 
• A sponsored child is defined as a child, under the age of 18, who is attending summer school with an adult other than their parent or legal guardian. 
• Advanced registration is required by the camp facility.  For exceptions please contact the registrar.  On-site registration will be limited.  
• General registration deadline is July 6th, 2013.
